I am currently working with technical support at Teceze Ltd. I have been with my employer for three years – a time which has offered exciting opportunities and professional growth.
I do, however, feel that the time has come for me to look for new challenges and take the next step in my career. For this reason, I was delighted to read about the IT Support Engineer position at Apica.

I would like to highlight three main qualities that I believe make me the right person for this position.
The first would be my experience. During my one year at Teceze Ltd, I was able to cultivate my interest in troubleshooting, diagnosing and customer service. This, in turn, allowed me to develop new skills in this area – skills that I would like to hone further, as a member of your team at Apica. Furthermore, I feel that my experience in research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues has contributed significantly to my overall development.
Secondly, I would like to highlight the fact that my educational background meets the requirements you have for the Technical Support position. I have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from University of Bedfordshire and I make it a priority to stay up to date on the topics related to my field of work.
Last, but perhaps most importantly, I strongly believe that my personal traits make me the right person for Apica. In terms of my role as a professional, I have always prided myself on being patient and analytical. I know that my ability to communicate clearly and directly will help me succeed and I am a person who has a natural inclination for strategic thinking.
