Working as an Estate agent at Greenstone Estates has been one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life. I have learned a lot and have met many interesting people along the way. I have always known that it would take an extraordinary opportunity for me to consider leaving my current job to take on a new challenge. I am writing to let you know that I am a perfect match for the position as Real estate agent at Dexters Cricklewood Estate Agents.
I am convinced that this job would suit me well and that I, in turn, would be a great fit for the job.
I would point to three factors in particular that I feel make me the right person for the position as real estate agent.
The first would be my experience. During my seven years at Greenstone Estates I have acquired a solid foundation of knowledge in generate leads, counsel clients and negotiate – these are skills that I look forward to developing and putting to good use as a member of your team at Dexters Cricklewood Estate Agents.
Secondly, I would like to highlight my education. Apart from my real estate license I have an Associate degree in business from Redbridge College. Aside from gaining the requisite knowledge taught in my classes, I also feel that I have really developed my ability to learn and integrate new skills and information quickly.
Last, but perhaps most importantly, I strongly believe that my personal traits make me the right person for Dexters Cricklewood Estate Agents. In terms of my role as a professional, I have always prided myself on being service-minded and socially skilled. I know that my ability and motivation to make independent progress will help me succeed and I am a person who is an achievement-oriented person who never balks at a difficult challenge.
I hope that this brief presentation of who I am has been of interest to you, and that I will be afforded the chance of an interview with you. I am convinced that I would be able to meet and exceed the Dexters Cricklewood Estate Agents’s expectations of a real estate agent, and I would relish the opportunity to prove it.
Sincerely,
Marianne Doyle
