Claire + Dallas Veterinary Center = A very good idea

My name is Claire Roberts, and I am currently working as a veterinary technician at Pets and People in Lawton. I have been with my current employer for 13 years – a time which has offered exciting opportunities and professional growth.

I do, however, feel that the time has come for me to look for new challenges and take the next step in my career. For this reason, I was delighted to read about the veterinary technician position at Dallas Veterinary Center.

I am convinced I am the right person for the job!

I would point to three factors in particular that I feel make me the right person for the position as veterinary technician.

The first would be my experience. During my 13 years at Pets and People I have acquired a solid foundation of knowledge in animal treatment – these are skills that I look forward to developing and putting to good use as a member of your team at Dallas Veterinary Center.

My educational background is also a good fit for the demands placed on your new veterinary technician. In addition to everything I learned in my classes as a veterinary technology major, studying at Oklahoma University also gave me a large network and valuable experiences of a different kind.

Last, but perhaps most importantly, I strongly believe that my personal traits make me the right person for Dallas veterinary center. In terms of my role as a professional, I have always prided myself on being dependable and service-minded. I know that my ability to exercise good judgment will help me succeed and I am a person who always tries to communicate in a way that is clear and appropriate to the situation at hand.

Enough about me! At this point, I’m super curious to learn more about you, and how I can play a part in making your organization even better prepared for the future. I look forward to meeting you and – hopefully! – go on to join your team.

Sincerely,

Claire Roberts
