I have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from George Washington University and I make it a priority to stay up to date on the topics related to my field of work.
Experience and knowledge are important aspects, but they tend to pale in comparison to having the right personal qualities. I am often described as empathetic, service-minded and secure – traits that I believe are all important to succeeding as social worker.
