Morrison Senior Living's next caregiver

My name is Peyton Parker and I am currently a student at Thomas White High School. When I read about the caregiver position at Morrison Senior Living, I was immediately interested as the job description is a good match for the kind of work I would like to do after I graduate.

I am convinced that I would meet every expectation you have of the person hired for this job.

There are several reasons why I believe I would be a good fit for you.

First of all, I’d like to bring up my passion and genuine interest, not just in caregiving as a profession but in the medical sector in general. Being truly interested in something translates into a level of commitment, and I am confident that my strong desire to make a difference for elderly who are in their final stages of life will help me perform well in the position as a caregiver, and get me up to speed quickly.

Educationally I am about to graduate from High School with good grades. Aside from everything I learned in school, I have also gathered some useful work experience as I have worked as a gardener in Miller Park for the past two summers.

When working as a caregiver, it is important to have the right traits for the job. I have a genuine interest in other people, and I am good at creating and nurturing relationships with others. I am also a service-minded person who has both the desire and the capacity to understand the perspectives and ideas of people around me.

Enough about me! At this point, I’m super curious to learn more about you, and how I can play a part in making your organization even better prepared for the future. I look forward to meeting you and hopefully go on to join your team.

Sincerely,

Peyton Parker
