My name is Matthew Kinnear, and I am currently working as an electrician at Canfor. I have been with my current employer for three years – a time which has offered exciting opportunities and professional growth.
I do, however, feel that the time has come for me to look for new challenges and take the next step in my career. For this reason, I was delighted to read about the electrician position at Boral.
I am convinced that this job would suit me well and that I, in turn, would be a great fit for the job.
I would point to three factors in particular that I feel make me the right person for the position as electrician.
The first would be my experience. During my three years at Canfor I have acquired a solid foundation of knowledge in diagnosing, repairing and installing various types of industrial electrical systems – these are skills that I look forward to developing and putting to good use as a member of your team at Boral.
I also believe that my expertise and educational background are well in line with what you are looking for, and I always make sure to stay up to date when it comes to new information and developments that affect my job.
Last, but certainly not least, I think that my personal traits and abilities make me the right person for this job. I am able to easily adapt to new situations and conditions, and I know that my ability cooperate has been appreciated by my previous employers.
Furthermore, I am persistent, and self-reliant in my professional role.
