2. Description of Service
Make It Viral is a browser extension that helps users transform their LinkedIn and X (Twitter) posts into more engaging content using AI technology. The Extension processes
text you select and provides AI-generated suggestions for improvement.
3. User Requirements
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Extension
• You must have a valid Google account to sign in
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must comply with LinkedIn’s and X’s terms of service when using their platforms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Extension to:
• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Create content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate other individuals or entities
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or malicious content
5. AI-Generated Content
• The Extension uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate content suggestions
• AI-generated content is provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy or suitability
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before posting
• You retain full responsibility for any content you publish using the Extension
6. Intellectual Property
• The Extension and its original content are owned by Make It Viral and protected by copyright laws
• Content you create using the Extension remains your property
• You grant us no rights to your content beyond what is necessary to provide the service
7. Subscription and Payments
• The Extension may offer free and paid subscription tiers
• Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
8. Service Availability
• We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time
• We are not liable for any service interruptions or modifications
9. Limitation of Liability
