My name is Andrew James, and I’ve been working as an Account Manager at Spotify in New York City for three years. It’s been a gratifying job where I’ve been in a position to grow over the years, but I am not the type to turn down a new challenge.
When I read about the position as Account Manager at Tesla, it piqued my interest right away. The position, as described, offers exactly the kind of challenge I’ve been looking for.

I would point to three factors in particular that I feel make me the right person for the position as Account Manager.
The first would be my experience. During my three years at Spotify I have acquired a solid foundation of knowledge of the sales process – these are skills that I look forward to developing and putting to good use as a member of your team at Tesla.
Secondly, I feel that my educational background makes me well suited for a job at Tesla. I have a Bachelor’s degree in business from Stanford and I have also completed several sales courses.
Last, but certainly not least, I think that my personal traits and abilities make me the right person for this job. I am a good leader with the ability to suport and motivate my colleagues, and I know that my ability to make connections with others and network effectively has been appreciated by my previous employers.
Furthermore, I am goal-oriented and service-minded in my professional role.
