My name is Elliot Cera, and my most recent job was as carpenter and joiner at New Build Carpentry Ltd. Now, I feel more ready than ever to take on new challenges in my career. With this in mind, I was very excited to learn that your team at Connect Construction Services Ltd is looking for a new carpenter.

There are several reasons why I consider myself a good fit for the available position. Here are the most important:
First of all, I have relevant work experience. During my three years at New Build Carpentry Ltd, I learned a great deal and gained valuable experience in roofing and joisting works. I also feel that my experiences from other jobs I have had in the past, can be of great use to Connect Construction Services Ltd. Earlier in my career, I worked as scaffold builder at Worley.
I also believe that my expertise and educational background are well in line with what you are looking for, and I always make sure to stay up to date when it comes to new information and developments that affect my job.
Experience and knowledge are important aspects, but they tend to pale in comparison to having the right personal qualities. I am often described as goal-oriented, self-reliant and persistent – traits that I believe are all important to succeeding as carpenter.
