I am currently majoring in early childhood education at Thomas Jefferson University. As I am looking to graduate in the near future, I have started searching for interesting job opportunities. When I read the ad for the preschool teacher position at Spring Garden Preschool, I knew right away that I wanted to apply for the job.
I am convinced that this job would suit me well and that I, in turn, would be a great fit for the job.
There are several reasons why I believe I would be a good fit for you.
First, I would like to address my work experience. In addition to my studies, I work as a substitute teacher at Richard Wright Elementary School. During the two years I have worked here, I have learned a lot about pedagogy and discipline, which I believe could translate into a real advantage for Spring Garden Preschool.
Secondly, I would like to emphasize my education. As mentioned above, I will be graduating with an Associate degree in early childhood education from Thomas Jefferson University in the near future. Aside from the knowledge I have acquired during my studies, I have also learned how to quickly and efficiently take in and make use of new information.
Last, but perhaps most importantly, I strongly believe that my personal traits make me the right person for Spring Garden Preschool. In terms of my role as a professional, I have always prided myself on being flexible and empathetic. I know that my ability to educate and inform effectively will help me succeed and I consider myself to be equipped with good judgement in most situations.
I hope that this application has aroused your curiosity. I also hope that I am the right person for you, and would love the chance to meet you so that we can get to know each other better.
Yours truly,
Cameron Turner
